LUSAKA chief resident magistrate Davies Chibwili has issued a warrant of arrest against Independent Member of Parliament for Lumezi Constituency, Munir Zulu, in a matter is charged with defamation.
This was after the state informed the court that Zulu was not present and there was no surety or lawyer in court to present him.
