FORMER Principal Regulatory Officer at Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA), Brian Kabika, will be prosecuted for the offence of abuse of authority of office contrary to section 21 of the Anti- Corruption Act no.3 of 2021, in relation to the infamous Honeybee Pharmacy contract, court documents have revealed.
