Out of the 70 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) motor vehicles that were distributed by President Hakainde Hichilema, only nine were allocated to Patriotic Front (PF) Constituencies and 11 were given to Independent Members of Parliament, Stephen Kampyongo has disclosed.
