HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu was on Tuesday in parliament put to task over growing homosexuality parades and was at pain to explain why Government allowed Sista Sista Foundation to conduct a gay rights march past in Lusaka.Several Members of Parliament questioned Mr Mwiimbu why the police who were offering protection to the protectors did not take action when they discovered that the organizers changed their intention to what they had indicated to the Police when obtaining permit.
