By NATION REPORTERFORMER Minister of Health, Chitalu Chilufya has maintained that the Honeybee scandal in which he is alleged to have allowed Government to procure leaking condoms and expired drugs, is a hoax aimed at denting his image in the collective conscience of the public.Dr Chilufya said the Honeybee scandal was a political scheme that may have been instigated by the perceived succession challenges in the Patriotic Front (PF).“Well the whole Honeybee scam was a hoax and it was informed by the cartel of politicians, senior Government officials, Cabinet Office, senior politicians and certain business cartels.
