By KALOBWE BWALYAFORMER Kabushi Member of Parliament Bowman Lusambo has described President Hakainde Hichilema’s address to Parliament on the national values and principles as a talk show.Mr Lusambo said there was nothing new said by the President as he merely repeated what was delivered last year.He said the country expected to hear pronouncements such as measures to be put in place to curb Gender Based Violence (GBV), alcohol and drug abuse.He said President Hichilema needed to talk about the laws Government wished to put in place so that would-be offenders of GBV and drug abuse could be deterred.He said the protection of the girl-child in unsupervised boarding houses needed attention from the highest office in the land.“We saw the appointment of Judges and we wanted to know how they applied.
