Munir Zulu says he is ready to source about US$20,000 so that the constitution is amended to disband the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for having become moribund and failing to investigate numerous corruption cases including the cancellation of the 19 Hunting Concession Agreements (HCAs) for which the High Court has ruled were illegally terminated.
