State House is in a state of panic after the Our Civic Duty Association (OCIDA) issued a lucid statement on the state of the nation that has censured the UPND government on an array of governance failures.The statement which was to be delivered by Emeritus, Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu condemned regional appointments in government, willful failure to investigate and prosecute current corruption cases, the ever increasing cost of living, increasing intolerance, state capture and the chaos that has characterized the procurement and delivery of fertilizer among other failures.
