JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe has described the Patriotic Front (PF) and its leadership as nothing but a bunch of time wasters and jokers whose contribution to the country was misery to Zambians.Speaking to Millennium Radio in an interview, Mr Haimbe said the intent by the PF to plan and constitute an impeachment motion against President Hakainde Hichilema is neither here or there.Mr Haimbe says PF leaders have run out of ideas, the reason they will take to the media an impeachment motion basing their motion on the appointment of Gilbert Phiri as Director of Public Prosecution.He says there is nothing unconstitutional that President Hakainde Hichilema has done by appointing Gilbert Phiri as the new Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) replacing Lilian Siyunyi.The Justice Minister was reacting to the sentiments by Patriotic front spokesperson Raphael Nakacinda who said the appointment of Mr Phiri as DPP was unconstitutional and a good reason for impeaching president Hichilema.
