IT is disheartening that President Hakainde Hichilema’s new dawn administration can causeexpensive by-elections by inciting councillors to resign amidst the economic hardships thecountry is grappling with, says PF presidential hopeful Brian Mundubile.Mr Mundubile says the money which will be spent on the by- elections which have allegedlybeen induced by the UPND should have been used to buy medicines for public hospitals and tosort out other issues of national importance such as rehabilitation roads in rural areas.He said the new dawn administration did not care about the welfare of the Zambians, the reasonthey were seeing it fit to spend colossal sums of money on by-elections at a time publichospitals had no drugs.“The UPND does not care that there are no medicines in hospitals. They do not care that theroads are not in good condition.
