AN 18-year-old girl of Chibolya Township in Mufulira District has allegedly been raped by two men when she went out to celebrate the cross over to the New Year with friends.Copperbelt Police Commissioner Peacewell Mweemba confirmed the incident which happened on Sunday around 02:00 hours in Francis Mukupa township and said the matter was reported to the Police by the victim, who is a resident of Chibolya township.Mr Mweemba said the victim reported the matter to the Police that she was raped by two men she could identify if seen.“We have received a case of rape case from Mufulira where an 18-year-old woman of Chibolya Township was allegedly gang raped by two men while on a drinking spree with friends on New Year.
