PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says all projects that were initiated by the previous administration but have stalled would be completed.Speaking when he toured Request Muntanga level One hospital in Kalomo today, the president lamented such a big facility could stall for nine myears without completion.“We are here to see the stalled works at this hospital, but we want to assure you all projects that are not completed would be completed as they are for public benefit,” Hakainde observes.The Head of State who was accompanied by first lady, Mutinta Hichilema and Southern province minister, Cornelius Mweetwa presented Christmas hampers to new-born babies at the health institution.The first couple also gave out 100 bags of mealie-meal and two cows for the patients at the hospital.And the President has directed the civic authority to assist the facility to secure a standby power generator to safeguard lives of patients on life saving machines in case of Zesco power outages.The president […]
