NATIONAL Democratic Congress leader Saboi Imboela has pleaded not guilty to one count of offences injurious to the public in general.Imboela, 45, of Lilayi appeared before Lusaka Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya and denied committing offences injurious to the public in general contrary to Section III of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
