THE Patriotic Front (PF) are demanding the resignation of second deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo whom they have accused of presiding over the business of the house in a partisan manner.The former ruling party have also acused Mr Moyo of having cultivated the propensity of breaching parliamentary standing orders by mistreating, maligning, ridiculing and threatening the opposition Members of Parliament in the House.Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile said the PF was consulting with other senior political functionaries and would soon be demanding the resignation of Mr Moyo as second Deputy Speaker for his uncouth parliamentary behaviour.Addressing the media at Parliament yesterday after the opposition MPs walked out of the House in protest against Mr Moyo for his continued partisan rulings, Mr Mundubile said the opposition members in Parliament were not happy with the manner the presiding officers were handling the business of the House.
