By NATION REPORTERTHE Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) has been structured in such a way that it is driving the vendetta agenda of Government against selected citizens, the Patriotic Front (PF has claimed.PF information and publicity chairperson Raphael Nakacinda said the UPND government had hatched a plan to have selected judges victimised and removed from the system on political grounds.Mr Nakacinda said it was clear that the UPND government was failing in its quest to fight alleged corruption among other cases hence wanting to structure the judiciary to their agenda of purging judges as it was doing in the civil service.Mr Nakacinda said the government was using all means and ways of putting people in strategic judicial positions to attain their goal of fixing those that had been accused of corruption especially those from the previous government.He said people appointed to the JCC had been given the task to eliminate specific judges, a plot he claimed […]
