By SHERRY CHABALAPATRIOTIC Front (PF) Presidential hopeful Emmanuel Mwamba has urged the Chief Justice to ensure that the judiciary is run in accordance with the Zambian Constitution.Mr Mwamba who is also PF deputy Information and Publicity Chairperson, further said the judiciary needs to run in accordance with the court regulations.He said the country could not have a judiciary which is exercising lawlessness.The former Zambian Ambassador to Ethiopia said it was saddening to see the judiciary that was conflicting itself.He said the courts of law needed to have professional Judges and not Judges who are misconducting themselves.Mr Mwamba doing so would enable Zambian to continue having confidence in the judiciary.
