By LUMBIWE MWANZA ALBINISM Foundation of Zambia has raised concern that to date a high number of persons living with albinism have continue to limit themselves in terms of participating in social and economic activities.Albinism Foundation Technical Advisor John Chiti said there should be behavioral change among persons with albinism when it comes to participating in socio economic issues as that will help develop the country.Mr Chiti said despite the many efforts by stakeholders and the government to create an inclusive environment for all, many citizens with albinism were still not taking the lead. He said the country’s development was entirely dependent on citizens’ input and urging the albino community to scale up their involvement in social, cultural as well as economic activities.
