By SILUMESI MALUMOKabwe Deputy Mayor Kayombo Mihova has been detained at Chowa police station.Mr Tutwa Ngulube who is the lawyer representing Mr Mihova, says his client has been detained without a charge.Mr Ngulube says the situation is unacceptable, therefore, the police need to be professional.He says the police earlier advised that they have summoned Mr Mihova in order to interview him on some issues detained him instead.He says it is shocking that the police decided to detain Mr Mihova instead of interviewing him as indicated.“We arrived at the police station around 11:05 today (yesterday) for a supposed record of a warn and caution statement.It is shocking that there is a turn of events, my client has not been interviewed but detained,” he said.
