By NATION REPORTERDIRECTOR of Public Prosecution (DPP) Lilian Siyunyi should simply resign and maintain her integrity rather than fight the charges raised against her by the Judicial Complaints Commission, Green Party president Peter Sinkamba has said.Mr Sinkamba said it would be wise for Ms Siyunyi to just step down in order to safe guard her career which she has worked to build.The embattled DPP lost her application at the JCC to be represented by the Attorney General.Mr Sinkamba said that Ms Siyunyi, who was appearing before the JCC needed to do the right thing which was to step aside so that she may retain her State Counsel conferment and emoluments if she resigned.He said it would be a different scenario if she was fired as she may lose both.“The choice is hers.
