By OLIVER SAMBOKOLUMEZI Member of Parliament Munir Zulu was yesterday chased from Parliament after an altercation with second deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Moyo.Mr Zulu complained that independent members of Parliament were not being given fair time to debate compared to UPND and PF members.He said the biasness was too much and robbing an opportunity for independent members of Parliament to represent their constituents in the National Assembly.Meanwhile, Mr Zulu who had resisted to move out of the chamber and was escorted out, complained that there is a plot to have him hounded out of Parliament at all cost.He said the Zambian Parliament has become a house for two groups, the UPND and PF.
