By ROGERS KALEROPOLITICAL leaders have a duty to lower the toxic, incendiary and dangerous political tension which the country can do without, Former Transport and Communications minister Mutotwe Kafwaya has saiMr Kafwaya has called for an end to political bitterness and has advised Zambians to preach peace and unity to end political toxicity.
