By NATION REPORTERTHE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has indicated its not ready to question the former First Lady, Ms Esther Nyawa Tembo over the 15 flats located in State Lodge that were possessed.The former first lady was expected to be questioned by DEC officers today around 11:00 but the commission backtracked and pushed it to a later date.DEC alleged they did not know who Ms Esther Nyawa Tembo was and that she had constructed the flats on undesignated land that had no coordinates and thus no title but these assertions were proved false, as lawyers produced title deeds issued in 2015.And speaking in parliament, Patriotic Front (PF) Shiwan’gandu member of Parliament Stephen Kampyongo accused DEC of trying to embarrass the former first lady and the former first family by rushing to the media without doing due diligence. “It’s obvious DEC wanted to tarnish the image of the first family by putting on a media stint to […]
