By VITA BANDALEADER of opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says Government has no powers to strip off former President Edgar Lungu’s benefits.In an interview, Mr Mundubile says the government cannot decide when the former President’s benefits can be removed.The Patriotic Front Mporokoso Member of Parliament says there is an Act of Parliament that stipulates on what grounds a former President can be stripped of is benefits.
