Zambia Army has instituted disciplinary procedures against two of its officers who assaulted unidentified youths in a video that went viral on social media for allegedly insulting President Hakainde Hichilema, reports ZNBC .Defence Minister Ambrose Lufuma says joint investigations by the Army and Police revealed that the two uniformed persons were indeed Zambia Army soldiers who were based in Luapula Province.Addressing the media in Lusaka yesterday, Mr. Lufuma said the Ministry of Defence and the Army upholds discipline, professionalism, Integrity among core values that all military persons abide by.Yesterday the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) and the Human Rights Commission called on the Army Command to promptly deal with the two military personnel.
