By NATION REPORTERTHERE are strict instructions from above to have Ronald Chitotela detained despite him being formally arrested, his lawyer Benjamin Mwelwa has said.Mr Mwelwa from Messrs. Linus E.Eyaa and Partners said his client was driven from Kawambwa the whole night and was taken to ACC offices at around 04:00.He said the Pambashe Member of Parliament had been charged with two counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime contrary to section 71 (1) of the forfeiture of proceeds crime Act No 19 of 2010.Mr Mwelwa said it was shocking that his client had been denied bond despite being charged and that it was a political gimmick aimed at frustrating him.
