By OLIVER SAMBOKOPRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should make serious changes to his cabinet once he returns from holiday in Namwala because some of his ministers a letdown to the national aspirations, Zambia Republican Party (ZRP) leader, Wright Musoma has said.Mr Musoma said though some people think Mr Hichilema does not deserve a holiday at the moment when the country under his leadership is going through economic turbulence, it’s good that he did so to reflect on the failures of his administration. He said they expect that after the reflection in Namwala, Mr Hichilema will be able to identify the culprits in his cabinet who are making him to fail to deliver to the expectations of the Zambians.
