By GIDEON NYENDWA THE disclosure by Lumezi Member of Parliament, Munir Zulu, suggesting that the government had advertised to recruit health workers at an incomplete building is a wake-up call to the UPND government not to abandon projects that were left by their predecessors, New Congress Party President Pastor Peter Chanda has said.Pastor Chanda said that the Patriotic Front government had embarked on a robust infrastructure development project in the health sector that the new government needed to pick up and make sure that the projects were complete.He said that the government should not have rushed the recruitment process in health before they finished the infrastructure that was going to take up those people.Mr Zulu told parliament last Friday that the government had advertised to recruit a cleaner at Mupingozi health post which was an incomplete building.Pastor Chanda said without the revelation by Mr Zulu, an innocent person would have applied for that job and […]
