A SENIOR officer in the Zambia National Service has been arrested by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for attempting to export 23 containers laden with illegal Mukula to China.Colonel Maliwa Muwanei, 45, director of operations was arrested for corrupt practices involving exportation of Mukula logs.ACC spokesperson, Queen Chibwe said in a statement that Col. Muwanei has been charged with one count of abuse of authority of office contrary to the ACC Act No. 3 of 2012.“Colonel Muwanei who has since been released on bond was arrested and charged with one count of abuse of authority of office,” she said.Ms. Chibwe said details are that Col.
