By ADRIAN MWANZA THE voter apathy experienced in the Kabwata parliamentary by-elections is a sign that people are not happy with the government, PF presidential aspiring candidate, Chishimba Kambwili, has said.Mr Kambwili said that despite the Head of State traversing Kabwata, he was not able to convince the people to turn out enmasse and vote for the UPND, six months after forming government.He said the result was good for the PF and that this should help the party work harder because the result just indicated the PF was the people’s choice.“The mere fact that there was apathy is a sign that people may have some reservations and they were just trying to protest,” he said.He said the dynamics of a general election was different from a by-election and the UPND needed to be very worried because the result had shown that people were not happy.Mr Kambwili said the result in Kabwata was a boost for them […]
