By SENIYA BANDAIndividuals that would want to cause confusion in today’s Kabwata parliamentary by election to reconsider their intentions as the Police will not tolerate any form of lawlessness Inspector General of Police Lemmy Kajoba has warned.Mr. Kajoba said the rule of law shall and will always be applied firmly and fairly and that all culprits found wanting will be dealt with sternly.
