By GIDEON NYENDWATHE Patriotic Front constitution says that whoever qualifies under the republican constitution to stand as republican president also qualifies to vie for the presidency of the party, PF acting president, Given Lubinda, has said.Mr Lubinda also said that the constitution of the party does not deter any members from contesting for the presidency.
