By KALOBWE BWALYA POLITICAL parties contesting the Kabwata parliamentary by-election have all expressed confidence of winning today’s election.In an interview Patriotic Front acting President Given Lubinda said their candidate Mr Clement Tembo will win the elections unless his votes are manipulated.Mr Lubinda said Mr Tembo will carry the day as people of Kabwata cannot continue suffering at the hands of the ruling UPND.Mr Lubinda said Mr Tembo is the best example of the rebranding that the party has been talking about of engaging youths into the political sphere.He said although the PF were being intimidated by the UPND, it managed to deliver its campaign message to the voters.
