By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAENVIROMENTALIST Robert Chimambo has petitioned the Constitutional Court to order Government to withdraw the approval for mining in the Lower Zambezi National Park as it breaches the constitution.Mr Chimambo, who has cited the Attorney General and the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) as respondents in the petitions wants the court to order them to withdraw the approval of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) dated May 7, 2021 for being in violation of the constitution.
