By LUCY PHIRIA STUDENT of a named University in Lusaka has been dragged to court for trafficking in 81.3 kg of cannabis without lawful authority.When the matter appeared before chief resident magistrate Dominic Makalicha, Abel Sambole, 24, denied the charge saying he did not know anything concerning the said drugs.It is alleged that on November 27,2021 Sambole jointly and whilst acting together with others did traffic in Psychotropic substances of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances Act no. 35 of 2021 of the laws of Zambia.On hearing his statement, Magistrate Makalicha set January 19 for commencement of trial.
