By ANDREW MUKOMAThe harassment of civil servants by suspected UPND cadres in Kasama has been condemned by the Patriotic Front youth wing in Livingstone.Constituency youth chairman, Ikuka Muleta, said that the conduct by the cadres was uncalled for and illegal as it is not backed by any provision of the law.In an interview Mr Muleta said political cadres have no right or justification to harass government workers under any circumstance.“It is with great dismay that we have noticed high levels of hooliganism being exhibited by some political cadres under the pretext of politicking.
