By ADRIAN MWANZA THERE is no law that compels political parties to disclose the sources of funding, making it illegal for the police to summon former PF general secretary Davis Mwila, Economic Front president, Wynter Kabimba, has said.Mr Kabimba in an interview said the police needed to also summon the UPND secretary general Mr Batuke Imenda to explain the assets the party had and who funded them.He said the questioning of Mr Mwila was an indication that the investigative wings were turning the corruption fight into a circus.Mr Kabimba said that looking at the time that had passed a number of arrests and busts could have been made but that it was evident that they did not commit any wrong doing.
