By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAMARICHO Rosin Hoare has submitted to the Lusaka High Court that her husband, Keith Mukata, be subjected to a mental check-up at Chainama Hospital because of his criminal conduct since his release from prison.Ms Hoare stated that she recommended to the Parole Board that her husband, who is former Chilanga Member of Parliament and was convicted for the murder of a security guard, be released after he said that he was a new man and a Pastor.“That the conduct of the absolute pardoned man being exhibited is of a criminal and not of a new man.
