By BUUMBA CHIMBULU INVESTORS in the Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone (LS-MFEZ) and stakeholders have been requested to support the zone in the developments of residential which are beginning this year.The zone currently has 63 approved investments on its books and 17 companies operational.In the fourth quarter Quarter of 2021 LS-MFEZ Limited commenced sale of residential plots and it is expected to see developments of residentials this year, says Zone Managing Director, Kennedy Mwila.“In view of this and as part of the mandate of the Zone, we wish to lobby our current investors, and all Stakeholders to come on board and make contributions towards this development.“I especially wish to appeal to well-meaning partners to assist in concerting our efforts to actualise this development,” Mr Mwila said.He also announced that the zone had received a donation of K100,000 from the Trade Kings Group towards the cause.Mr Mwila explained that this donation is a corporate social responsibility […]
