By SIMON MUNTEMBALAND wrangle between the Catholic Church and settlers around Kasaria area in Mufulira District has broken out, with both parties claiming ownership.But Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Elijah Muchima has called for calm among all the affected groups, as government would help them find a lasting solution to the impasse.Government in 2017 through the Ministry of Lands issued a 3000 hectares title deed to the Catholic Church for the establishment of an eco-city comprising Agricultural and Science Universities, social amenities and economics in Kasaria Village formerly Reserve Forest No. 14.
