BY LUCY PHIRIA JUVENILE has testified in the Lusaka magistrate court how he was beaten by a gang of juveniles all aged sixteen at night in Kanyama compound in Lusaka.He said he identified one juvenile named madmax (not his real name) who almost slashed his ear with a machete. It is alleged that on August 28, 2021 in Lusaka jointly and whilst acting together three juveniles, two boys and a girl did unlawfully wound a fellow juvenile aged seventeen in Kanyama compound.“I and my friend were seated at a place called Hope when we saw three people coming towards us and started beating me, one of then hit me with a machete and I fell down unconscious,’’ he said.
