BY MAKOKWA CLARA MUYENDEKWAA DRUG Enforcement Commission officer has testified in the Choma magistrate court how he and other officers caught three people suspected to have beeen selling cannabis.In this matter, Chisoni Mwanza is charged with trafficking in narcotic drugs contrary to section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act.35 of the laws of Zambia as read together with statutory Instrument No. 119 of 1995.Investigations Officer Andrew Tembo, of Choma, told the court that on November 10, 2021 he received information of a person allegedly selling suspected cannabis at Horizon area in Choma.
