By CHARLES MUSONDAA ZAMBIA Army soldier has told the Lusaka High Court that he was not sure of who fired the bullet that killed National Prosecutions Authority (NPA) public prosecutor Nsama Nsama Chipyoka.Jimmy Musuntula, 47, a warrant officer based at the Ministry of Defence at Cabinet Office, said on December 23, 2020 around 10:00 and 11:00 hours, he heard noise from outside the building and when he went to check what was happening, there was traffic outside.He said after controlling traffic, he heard firing of teargas and everyone rushed for safety.W/O Musuntula said he later heard gunshots as he was walking back to the building but he was not sure of who fired the bullet that killed Mr. Nsama but that there was heavy police presence around the area.Another witness, Mr Amos Banda, 49, a security guard at Ministry of Works and Supply said on the material date he noticed a crowd standing next to […]
