By ADRIAN MWANZAThe safety of Raphael Nakacinda is not guaranteed after being bundled in the same police cell as the UPND thugs who attacked PF officials yesterday, former PF secretary general Davis Mwila has said.Mr Mwila said that Mr Nakacinda was not safe after being put in the same cell with individuals that attacked his sympathisers at Chelstone Police Post.He said that it was unfortunate that the police put Mr Nakacinda in the same cell with the people that bludgeoned former Munali Constituency aspiring candidate Chrispin Chiinda.He said that it was unfair that Mr Nakacinda could be in the same cell with criminals and that the chances of being attacked were quite high.‘’Our colleague’s security is not guaranteed because these are people that caused mayhem at the Police Station.
