By MAKOKWA CLARA MUYENDEKWAA CHOMA man has dragged his father in-law to court for allegedly swindling him out of money meant for accessing the Farmers Input Support Program (FISP).Obby Mudenda, 47, of Jombolo village in chief Macha, has dragged Arnold Matongo to court for getting K400 from him after promising that he would be part of a farming cooperative which he was in charge of.Mudenda told the court that it was on September 9, 2020 between 15:00 hours to 16:00 hours when his in-law asked him to join his cooperative to receive fertilizer under FISP.He narrated that he then sold 10 bags of maize to raise the money after which he gave his father-in-law the money in the presence of his wife and one other witness.
