By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSABOWMAN Lusambo’s alleged former lover Mercy Cowham, has agreed for her four children to undergo a Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) test to prove that the Kabushi Member of Parliament is indeed their biological father.Ms Cowham stated that there was no malice in her stating that Mr Lusambo was the father of her children when in the past, he never disputed paternity of the children and even supported them.In this matter, Mr Lusambo has sued Ms Cowham in the Lusaka High Court for libel and has demanded for a paternity test to be conducted on the children to prove the truth.He has denied fathering the four children.But in her defence, Ms Cowham stated that she will prove at trial that Mr Lusambo fathered her children.She stated that the video in which she made the said revelations was not meant to excite the public but the words were based on fair comment and the truth.
