By Jackson MapapayiSome members of the Khizela Royal Establishment are the ones fighting the party by causing the confusion over the appointment of the District Commissioner for Mufumbwe, the United Party for National Development (UPND) in North Western province has said.On Monday, some Mufumbwe residents locked the office of the District Commissioner after the appointment of Mr Elijah Munyompe taking over from Mr Patrick Kalelemba whose appointment was withdrawn.UPND acting provincial chairperson Stafford Mulusa said despite consultations with Chief Khizela on the appointment of Mr Munyompe, some members of the royal establishment are up in arms with the party over the appointment.“The royal establishment is fighting the party because this has never happened before, ” said Mr Mulusa.He said some people from within the royal establishment are the ones using the name of Chief Khizela to cause the confusion and fighting the decisions of the President.He explained that the difference between the two camps were […]
