By Nation Reporterhe Judiciary has shown some levels of complacency when dealing with the issue of the nine members of parliament who were forced out of parliament after their seats were nullified, African Youth Movement (AYM) Executive Director, Chanoda Ngwira, has said.Mr Ngwira, who is also a PF member said it was unfortunate that the Judiciary failed to expedite the process dealing with the case of the nine PF lawmakers forced out by Speaker Nelly Mutti who ruled that they could only come back after the constitutional court had ruled in their favour.He said it was unfair that the people from the nine constituencies who did not have their MP’s in parliament had the budget imposed on them.Mr Ngwira said that the judiciary did not show any commitment in dealing with the matter and wondered why they gave more prominence to the Raphael Nakacinda case rather than one which bordered on national interest.He said that […]
