By MICHAEL MIYOBAZAMBIA national futsal team assistant coach Witson Nyirenda has described the first Under-19 national futsal team camp as a success.In an interview after the team broke camp yesterday after five days in intensive training at Automotive Indoor Futsal Arena, Nyirenda said the camp allowed the technical bench led by head coach Andrea Cristoforetti to familiarise themselves with the talent at their disposal.Nyirenda said a lot of positives were picked from the camp which involved young players from different clubs in Lusaka.“It was exciting and challenging at the same time since we are bringing players with different attitudes together but it was a good one and a lot of positives were picked.“Today, I can say we have a strong U-19 national team and the future is very bright for the young boys and if we continue with the path we are on of holding camps often, I believe we will have a strong team […]
