Former home affairs minister Steven Kampyongo has been detained at Chelstone Police Station over a matter in which suspected PF cadres stoned a plane that was carrying UPND officials in Shiwang’andu in 2015 during campaigns.PF chairperson for media and publicity Raphael Nakacinda confirmed the detention of Kampyongo by police at Chelstone Police but could not give further details.It is believed police will take him to Shiwang’andu were the case was recorded.
