By ADRIAN MWANZAFAITH Musonda’s walk to freedom suffered a major setback on Wednesday night after Police rearrested her a few minutes after releasing her on bond on the pretext that they had received fresh information.Ms Musonda who was then ordered to do some fingerprints which she objected to has again released on bond.One of her lawyers, Mr Jonas Zimba said Ms Musonda was charged with being in possession of properties suspected to be proceeds of crime.Mr Zimba confirmed that his client was released last night but that no date had been set for her to appear in court.“I can confirm that she has been released and has been charged with the offence of being in possession of properties suspected to be proceeds of crime,” he said.Another of her lawyers, Mr Makebi Zulu complained that Ms Musonda was being victimised.Mr Zulu said after re-arresting Ms Musonda, the police whisked her from Richard Kachingwe Police Post in […]
